Bangalore: It was three days of relaxation and training for the managers and marketing executives of Prism Books Private Limited in an ambience where one can easily blend with nature.  The training program at the lush green Fireflies Ashram in Dinnepalya nearKanankapura Road was a perfect getaway for the trainees, away from the maddening traffic of Bangalore.

Author, Educationist, Motivational Speaker and Environmentalist US Moinuddin who was invited to train the participants on ‘effective public speaking’ said, “If you want to be a public speaker you should look for opportunities to come on the stage and talk. If you can talk in front of five people you can easily talk in front of fifty thousand people.” Head HR and Administrator of Prism Softech, Raghu Rao, trained the participants towards team building and initiating change. Some of the participants had come all the way from Chennai,Hyderabad and Kochi.

 MD of Prism, Pranesh.S said, “There are no televisions and mobile signals don’t reach here easily. We had planned the programme in such a manner that the participants are able to de-stress as well as improve their marketing skills in an effective manner without getting distracted from the pressure of city life.”General Manager Marketing, Prism, K.Gopal Krishna said, “We have witnessed that the efficiency of our team increases after the training programmes, hence we have been very particular that often such programmes are conducted.” Vice-President Operations, Mahesh.N, Directors of Prism Ravi.S and Sandhya Pranesh, were also present in the event.
