Multi-designer store, Ognora Design House proudly announced their brand new Spring-Summer designer collection for style-conscious Bangalore fashionistas.
Launched in October 2011 by Nayana Jhawar and Prathiksha Hegde, Ognora Design House is the go-to place for the style-conscious individual looking for exclusive yet affordable designer wear. Ognora showcases some of the finest young designers in the country, featuring collections from designers Prathiksha (Bangalore), Deepika Arora and Prachee (Mumbai), Huemn (Delhi), Vima Dilip(Bangalore) and Suvi Arya (Mumbai). The designer clothing is creatively accessorized with the store’s in-house brand, Crimzon Accessories and Namrata Kanoi’s designs.
The vivacious Aindrita Ray, youth icon and Sandalwood actor is the brand ambassador for Ognora and according to her, “Ognora is my perfect style – elegant, classy, wearable and beautifully finished. I love wearing Ognora designs”.

The new Spring-Summer designer collection is designed by Prathiksha Hegde, Deepika Arora, Prachee and Suvi Arya.
Prathiksha Hegde is a fashion student from Los Angeles is well known for her creative designs in peppy western wear and exclusive salwar kameez suits.
Calcutta-born Designer Prachee, who has her own label and fashion studio in Mumbai, focuses on the culture and tradition of the classic Indian wear, experimenting with a variety of materials to create a fusion of styles. According to her, her collections are ‘an International styling with an Indian soul’.
Suvi Arya is an INIFD-qualified award winning designer who focuses on a versatile fusion of modern silhouettes and Indian embellishments to create a blend of contemporary and traditional designs.
Mumbai based Deepika Arora, who owns DSW Design Studio, and comes from a family in the garment export business, has also studied fashion and textiles. Her design philosophy is “affordable chic”. She smiles charmingly, as she says, “You don’t have to dress excessive to look impressive. Our design philosophy focuses on comfort combined with style to make a fashion statement. Located at KC Towers, New BEL Road, Ognora Design House impressively showcases its collection in stunning interiors designed by interior designer Tina Menda.
The designers at Ognora play with color, material and style to present their amazing range to suit all tastes. The range includes everything from chic western wear, tunics and gowns to innovative Indian traditional wear in the form of the salwar kameez, anarkali, exclusive kanjeevaram saris, handpainted and embroidered saris.

Launched in October 2011, Ognora Design House is the brainchild of Mumbai-based corporate lawyer Nayana Jhawar and Los Angeles fashion design student Prathiksha Hegde to introduce affordable, fun, young designer clothing in Bangalore.
