Bangalore-Ognora Design House held a preview of its Exclusive “Pastels” Collection with splendid fashion show featuring two breathtaking show stoppers.

The “Pastels” Collection is all set to be an attention-grabber with gorgeous creations brought to life by elegant and beautifully styled models who will transport the audience into a world of high glamour and subtly styled fashion. The highlight of the show is not one but two stunning show stoppers, featured on the exquisite Ramya Barna and Neetu, stars of the Kannada cinema world.  The Collection will display ethereal creations by Ognora’s designers in bright pastel shades that embody understated elegance, yet are highly visible, entrancing those who behold the lucky wearer.

 Nayana Jhawar,  partner at Ognora said, “The “Pastels” Collection from Ognora is a multi-designer tribute to the style conscious fashionista. At the special fashion show, we will feature exclusive designs from the Collection by our outstanding designers Huemn from Delhi, Deepika Arora and Prachee from Mumbai and Pratiksha from Bangalore. The collection is creatively accessorized with the store’s in-house brand, Crimzon Accessories and Namrata Kanoi’s designs. Besides this we are also gearing up for the prestigious Chrysalis exhibition on 29th June 2012”

Pratiksha who is one of the designer at Ognora added “ The collection is Playful, light and breezy, to classics. Colors likewise reflect these differing moods, encapsulating vivid brights, soft muted tones and fun-loving pastels. Spring is about energy and brightness. The colors do play a important role in creating a mood and the feel of the season. this season we have hot colors paired up with soft pastels

we have tango orange as the color of the season its very appealing and refreshing. followed by bright yellow that indicates the energy for this season. purple and rosy red, classic blue, yellow green, lilac, brown beige are all perfect colors for this seasons outfits
this season is about bold vibrant look with muted pastels colors. “

In terms of fabrics and prints:  it includes lot of blossom prints over muted colors and printed bottoms high wasted are  definitely a good choice this spring. fabrics such as creap satins and silks are good to go.

Ognora is participating at the prestigious Chrysalis exhibition to be held at the Magadh Hall at The Lalit Ashok from 10 am to 8 pm from 29th June 2012.
