World tourism day - 27th september.
An exhibition to commemorate World Tourism Day is being held at at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan from September 26th to 28th between 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.. THAR JOURNAL- a pictorial presentation of a visual collage of fleeting moments, temporary scenes, and the architectural wonders of the Great Indian Desert . Thar Journal also hopes to bring the perspective of travel around India and to explore the richness of our own history and culture.. Thar Journal is a collection of compelling images with the inquisitively distinct elements of desert life while exposing messages from the ordinary. It also showcases the dazzling architectural beauties, magnificent structures that withstood time to tell the tales of history. Included in this exhibition are works by photographers Sri. Arul Jegadish,Sri Lakshmana Raja,Sri. PeeVee, and Sri.Surendar from diversified backgrounds joined together for a whirlwind trip around Rajasthan for 15 days. 45 of best photographs from this trip will be on display. M/s.
