Rare artifacts at National Handloom & Handicraft Expo
A National Handloom and Handicraft Expo exhibition opened at Puttenahally grounds, opp. Brigade Millennium, 7th Phase JP Nagar. The exhibition is a one stop shop for artisans, exporters and consumers. The exhibition, co-sponsored by the Ministry of Textiles, was inaugurated by Sathish Reddy, MLA, Bommanahally.
The exhibition has over 100 stalls with participation from artisans of different states of India. Dress materials, Leather bags, Paintings, Statues, Terracota wares, household furnishing items and jewellery items are on display and sale. There is ample parking space and has among other things a food court. At many stalls Credit Cards are accepted to make way for convenient shopping. The exhibition is open daily for public from 11 am to 10 pm. The exhibition concludes on 28th September
