Taluk level Sports for High School students

The department of public instruction, Bangalore South range conducted an athletics meet for high school students. 81 boys and 43 girls took part in the event held on Sep 18-19, at Kittoor Rani Chennamma stadium, Jayanagar. Transport Minister R Ashok, BN Vijaykumar, MLA, Hussein, Technical Director and Padmavathi, BEO, presided. Former corporator CK Ramamurthy, Lakshmi Kantha, city BJP secretary, Sadanand, president, Bangalore District Panchayat, were present.

Trophies and prizes were given to the winners in the various events.
