If you are the type who salivates over sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers and salads, then Ella’s is the place to go. Go, grab your sandwich of your choice, customized, made-to-order, The sandwiches are made right before your eyes and served fresh and piping hot.
Situated at Koramangala I Block (opposite Murthy Clinic), Ella’s serve virtually ella – continental, Indian, Chinese, vegetarian and non-vegetarian, and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their specialty is pork preparations. You can bite into your favorite snack, say, pork chops, chicken/fish/mutton chops, and choose your pick from a range of vindala, pepper fry, sparpotel, zacutti, biryani, sausage biryani, mince cutlets (dry/boiled). Chinese combinations available are chowmein, chicken fried rice, chicken coriander, veg/non-veg chicken noodles, vegetable salads.

Apart from its menu items, Ella’s is also famous for its home made pickles sold under the brand name, Emerald, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The vegetarian pickles comprise brinjal, lemon and mango varieties while the non-vegetarians can choose from a range comprising of pork, beef and fish. The brinjal variety is very popular with customers, while the non-vegetarian pickles find favor with the Anglo-Indians and Christian communities.
“Our pickle processing unit is flourishing today with a steady trickle of loyal customers. The business mainly grew by word of mouth publicity. Our bottling and hygiene standards are high,” said Haward.
The restaurant also has taken care to avoid the clutter. It has separate ordering and preparation areas for takeaways. Outdoor catering with home delivery within a radius of 3 kms undertaken.
