Will make JP Nagar model ward: SK Nataraj

When corporator SK Nataraj took over the JP Nagar ward, a stiff challenge welcomed him. No street lights, water supply, drainage works for more than a decade in areas like Shakambarinagar and surroundings.
He then devised a detailed plan and went about implementing the plan in a time bound manner. The ward soon got its due - proper water supply, drainage, sodium vapor lights, proper roads, and a big connectivity road on 9th cross, 80 feet road.

He liased with the government and constructed a road which was almost a dead end. Today JP Nagar is abuzz with commercial establishments, hospitals, restaurants and institutes. More than 8 beautiful parks were built, one exclusively for senior citizens, one park near Cini Star Ambarish's house, English medium schools, a community hall and the now famous Ranga Mandira became the new landmarks in the ward.
Nataraj said he is available to the people of his ward at any time of day or night and said he was not very much interested in political activities, but in solving the grievances of the people.

His future plans for JP Nagar are to develop a swimming pool, shopping complex, multi -gym for ladies and good infrastructural works taking the help of his party MLA B.N. Vijayakumar.

We are going to make JP Nagar a model ward, he promised. Time will tell.
