New President for LIONS Club Jayanagar

The Past District Governor Lion K. N. Kumar. Mjf installed the Office bearers for the Lions Club of Bangalore Jayanagar. Lion. C. Hemanth Kumar Mfj. As the President, of the Club along with Secretary Lion. Gurudutt. S. Treasurer Lion. Manjunath M at a colorful programme. School books were given away to 330 poor school children, three Artificial legs distributed to disabled and also Pulse polio Syringes donated to the needy poor on the occasion.

C. Hemanth Kumar, is a Builder by profession  and also holds a Secretary post in the NAL Layout Welfare Residence Association, which provides basis services like Security system, conducts monthly meets to get to know what are the problems faced by the residents.

Sri Hemanth Kumar said, "We have adopted 330 children from below poverty and are providing free education, managing an old age at Bannerghatta Road with 8 inmates with all the facilities which is nominally priced, we have organized Blood donation camps and eye camps where more than 2,500 people have been given free treatment, besides honouring meritorious students."
