Book on Constitution Amendments

Lok Sabha Speaker Shri Somnath Chatterjee gave away the Meritorious Awards, 2007 to the awardees and released the 7th edition of the Lok Sabha Secretariat Publication, "Constitution Amendment in India, 2008" in the Balayogi Auditorium, Parliament Library Building on  June 23. Dr. Radhika Chopra, renowned ghazal singer gave a recital after the awards ceremony.
