India's leading cellular service provider, Vodafone Essar has launched a Sankranti special service for its customers, viz. Vodafone's Sankranti voice and WAP portals where customers can download festival related special ring tones, caller tunes, songs and wallpapers. Vodafone's customers can also subscribe to special Sankranti alerts, recipes, trivia, dedicate a song and much more. GPRS customers can download wallpapers and greetings on Vodafone live, and browsing charges are 10paise/10kb. All you need to do is to dial 567444. Calls will be charged at Rs.6/min.
