An elephant darshan, bhajans and devotional songs formed part of the festival. The programme was telecast by ICE TV. Former Minister and Jayanagar MLA Ramalinga Reddy presided over the ceremony as chief guest and N. Nagaraju, former Corporator was present as the guest of honour.
