Glorious Christmas .for the seriously-inclined

Christ and his teachings, here’s something special happening this weekend. Glorious, a gospel youth music team is presenting a concert on Christmas for two days from Saturday at Ambedkar Bhavan, Millerr’s Road at 6.30 pm. The first part of the concert will be on Christmas musical, Cantata, featuring the singing Christmas tree. The second part is a tapestry of Chrismas celebrations. An added attraction in the show will be Glorious Moves, a group of 30 inter-denominational youngsters getting together to worship through a dance form.

The show will be directed by Esther Chandy and the soloists include Tara Mathew, Suchita Raju, Thomas John, Ashish John, Ken Henson, Sandra Oberoi, Mark Lawlands, Sebastian Reddy, Salome Rao, Leena Sylvester, Sandra David, and Deepa Jacob.

Glorious is a nearly two decade old gospel team with 85 members and has presented 425 events so far all over the country.
