For Mohammad Rafi fans, Vin Music Club's Rafi Saab ki Yaadein at RV Dental College auditorium earlier this week, was an unforgettable evening. Vin Music's Bali is a familiar and popular figure among film music fans in the city and as always he did not disappoint. The highlight at this programme was Mumbai-based Srikanth Narayan, who rendered some of the most immortal songs of Rafi, in a voice that was uncannily similar to the great legend. Sharing the limelight and adding to the entertainment was the usual Vin Music's fellow travelers, Dr Salim and Sanjay Singh.
The audience was so enthralled that they pressed Bali to hold such shows more regularly. So watch this space for the next Vin Music special…
