New library at Gokhale Instt

Gokhale Institute of Public Affairs (Bull Temple Road) will throw open to the public its newly constructed free reading room complex and library block on Saturday, Aug 25. Dr D Veerendra Heggade, Dharmadhikari of Dharmasthala, will preside over the inaugural ceremony. The library has a rare collection of over 70,000 books on history, literature, economics and political science.
