A show for 'movers 'n shakers'!

Come Oct 14, a spectacle will unfold, at Chowdiah Memorial Hall. A show that will literally sweep you off your feet. City-based Genesis’ “Talents 2007”, a dance fest, promises to blow your blues away with some special performances by their students, more than 800 of whom will take centerstage. The organizers plan to rope in some celebrities from showbiz to add to the show’s glamour quotient.

Expect a blast. For Genesis has been there done that, for over ten years in running, training over 2,000 students every year in aerobics and dance. Their alumni have revved up the action in corporate shows for Wipro, Hewlett Packard, Satyam, Mico Bosch, TVS, and Accenture, at the expert hands of master choreographers of Praveen and Rohit Nair, and fitness consultant Naina Praveen. In the past, their students have accompanied famous singers KK, Lucky Ali, Anushka, Mahua and Mathangi on stage, and performed for some of the top event management companies of Bangalore.

Genesis offers training and courses in aerobics, martial arts, jazz, freestyle dance, salsa and of course filmy dance. Most of these courses are fitness oriented and conceptualized so as to derive maximum health benefit for the participant. It has branches in JP Nagar, BTM Layout, HSR Layout, Bannerghatta Road and Brigade Millenium, apart from a franchisee in Katmandu, Nepal.
