Time to Bed America's Favorite Mattress!
Coimbatore-based Peps Industries Pvt Ltd is bringing to Indian shores, America’s favorite mattress brand, viz. Restonic, a luxury product and Spring Koil, of affordable luxury.
Earlier, M.S. Murthy, GM, Reliance Industries Ltd, G. Shankar Ram, Joint MD, Peps Industries Private Ltd, Harjinder Singh and Gursharan Singh of I&U Marketing Services, sole authorized distributor of Peps Industries products, graced the inaugural at KC Club Chinnaswamy Stadium.
As an inaugural offer the distributor is offering one double fleece blanket free with every purchase of double Restonic mattress, and two pillows free with every purchase of double Spring Koil mattress. The price range starts from Rs 5,000/- to Rs 26,000/- (Spring Koil is available in a price band of Rs 3,400/- to Rs 11,000/-). “We got a very good response from Bangaloreans at the launch itself,” says Gurusharan.
The mattresses are also available at exclusive retail counters in major bedding and furnishing outlets such as Furnishing Gallery, Punjab Handloom, Handloom World, etc with DVD display of the product range, said Harjinder Singh.
Company officials said Restonic, one of the world’s largest manufacturer of sleep products, is renowned as America’s favorite mattress. Restonic mattresses provide greater support in the center third of the mattress where body weight is concentrated. An official release claimed it was Restonic that had given the world the 5-Zone Sleep System, which provides special support for the head, neck, shoulder, back and calf areas.
Restonic mattresses come with a warranty of up to 10 years, which no other company offers said Shankar Ram. Company officials also stated that Restonic is the only company in the world to have won the Consumer Digest’s Best Buy Award a record six times, apart from several other awards.

Restonic mattresses come in six models viz. Luminous (thickness 5") – comprising high quality damask of polypropylene viscose with multi needle quilting tapestry and supper-soft foam for extra cushioning; Sanibel (thickness 6") - where the ‘Marvelous Middle’ lines provide extra firmness and care for the spine; Alabaster (thickness 6") - high coil springs for greater stability, and super-edge support to keep edges in shape; Geneva (thickness 8") – with hinged design and increased number of coil, supports body contours and offsets the effects of partner movement; Opulence - (thickness 10") – having higher coil count of springs for greater stability; Pillowtop (thickness 6", 8", 10") – with high profile convoluted PU foam as an extra pillow layer, and comfort and support layers including tied and flanged upholstery; Eurotop (thickness 8", 10") - internationally popular, patented Sleep System.
