D-Day for stamp lovers

philatelic exhibition, KARNAPEX 2007, that will be held at Jnana Jyothi Auditorium, Central College Campus, from Aug 10-12.

Stamp enthusiasts and philatelists can send in their applications for display of stamp collection and other philately material. Last date for receipt of applications is June 25.

To promote the hobby of philately among the youth and children, a quiz will be held at the divisional level on July 8. Winners of the divisional level will be eligible to take part in the regional center quiz on July 22. The finals will be held in the city during the State-level exhibition. Winners at divisional, regional and state level will be given cash prizes and gifts.
