Why is the attrition rate so high in IT companies? Ask any HR professional and the standard response is: Because the youth today have plenty of options, they can't handle the pressure, they don't have their eye on the long term. Well, they have all got it wrong.

According to a survey conducted by the e2e Business Solutions Leadership Symposium, the main reason why youths go job-hopping is because they love a challenge. "The present generation love adventure, taking on fresh challenges, and daunting tasks," says Yashaswini Ramaswamy, Director e2e Business Solutions.
Launching the 'Interpreneurr-Entrepreneur Model for India Inc,' she said creating interpreneurs within the organization enabled today's managers to become tomorrow's leaders.

According to the Interpreneur-Entrepreneur model, mid-level high performance is handled within the company by the individual who acts as the CEO of the team. His job is to look into the profit/loss, team spirit, finances and marketing. The employee is given freedom and safety under an umbrella organization.
