Residential plots in installments
Kar Na Sree Developers and Builders whose project report card boasts of a completed three stage residential layout and seven completed flats is now looking forward to its dream project.
The new project called Sai Brindavan, is located at Haradi and Hemarlahalli villages near new Bangalore International Airport.
According to a press release, one thousand five hundred residential plots will be carved from residential converted land.
The plots are available in easily payable installments with lucky draws on inaugural and every eight months draw. The layout is situated at a distance of 23 kms from BIA on Devanahalli-Vijayapura road stretching to Kolar which is 28 kms from ITPL.
This area is now one of the fastest developing areas in Bangalore and promises to be an environment friendly location, says the promoter of the project, Sri M.R. Shivakumar.

The amenities that will be provided include asphalted roads, streetlights with sanitation and well secured boundary wall. The sites are being offered at Rs 537.50 per sq feet.
