Work - Occupation with Love, Job - Occupation for Money
By Ajit Kaikini

One gets bored eating food in the same hotel.  Probably, the cook is a trained Hotel Management graduate knowing the best gourmet.  However, with the same vegetables and masala used in our house, we have no problems eating for days or years!  The difference is that the cook works for money while the mother/ wife has her heart in the work.

Similarly, though Ramu and Shamu do the same activity in an organization, Ramu is found to be under stress with at least a leave per week, while Shamu is found to be working on weekends too.  While Ramu took up this job for the money and scope, Shamu worked as he was interested in seeing things work automatically.  In school/ college, while Ramu liked painting, Shamu was found working on computers.  Today, Ramu has a problem working for hours typing in some codes while Shamu waits to see the end result of his work.  Ramu's enthusiasm for life is deteriorating though he is making the money.  Shamu who is pursuing his dreams, finds his days filled with excitement.

Are you enjoying your soul's dream or suffering pursuing somebody else's dream?

I 'DID' is the sentence with which Shamu goes home, filled with satisfaction and happiness.  He loves what he does as his Dreams - Intentions - Desires (DID) are directed in one way.  Are you deciding to Work or have a Job?

At Buoyancee, we help participants discover themselves and support them to align their Dreams - Intentions and Desires for a happy and successful life.
