You have enjoyed the BMTC Volvo bus service. Now, sit back and savour it even more. Soon, the Volvo bus will come equipped with a 30 inch LCD monitor which tells passengers the exact location of the bus, the next stop and time taken to reach the next destination.

Not just the destination and time, the board will flash info on weather, news, traffic updates and even the helpline numbers of hospitals and emergency services on its screen.

The first service of its kind in the country, the project is being implemented by Chemm LVSE Visual Solutions.
