Ananya Play Home celebrates school day

Give them a big hand. So went the chorus at the 5th annual school day at Ananya Play Home (4th T Block, Jayanagar) and the hall reverberated with the sound of a resounding applause. No, it was not for the students (they deserved it too), but it was for the school management and the staff. Prodded by a parent of a ward, the audience showed their appreciation of the people running the Ananya Play Home in a way that touched the hearts of all present.

Earlier, the little children of Ananya presented an entertaining cultural show that made the parents feel young all over again. The wards’ dance performance of butterfly, disco, Pom Pom, Rock ‘n Roll Sonia and Goan dance by both the junior and senior batches was the highlight of the evening.
