So the Men in Blue were done in by Fate. According to well known astrologer, SK Jain, India’s world cup debacle was due to the planetary position during the solar eclipse on March 19. Speaking at the release of a book called Kalachakra Ephimeres, Sri Jain said the world cup was held during the solar eclipse, an inauspicious time, and nothing succeeds during this period. India and Pakistan crashed out of the world cup on March 23 and March 17, both inauspicious days. He also attributed the demise of the Pakistan coach Bob Woolmer to the ill-effects of the solar eclipse.
