Lions Intnl ties up with Buoyancee

Reaching out to Gen Y

One to One Million Service Activity project of Lions International Dist 324 D6 is the brain child of Lion S. Nagraj Rao , the present District  Governor, whose team  was installed by the past Lions International President Lion Ashok Mehta. The chief guest for the day was the Governor of Karnataka, H.E. Shri H.R.Bharajwad 
 Lion Nagraj, a committed Lion since 32 yrs. who passionately believes in the power of collaborative work, for reaching out to children/ youth, has joined hands with Buoyancee for empowering the youth and roped in Karnataka Automats P. Ltd and Karnataka Turned Components Pvt. Ltd and Fitness Web to meet this year’s objective. 

This is part of the August Global Movement of Lions clubs International President Lion Sid Scruggs who plans to conduct through Lions clubs all over the world in 206 countries, life changing services for children, teens and youth in August 2010.  The topics that will be covered by the reputed staff of Buoyancee are:

Ø      Growing up safely and work towards good health. 
Ø      Help them sail through educational needs, with study skills (tips & techniques) in high schools
Ø      Start entrepreneurship clubs in some colleges.
Ø      These exciting programmes will also be extended at Buoyancee in the evenings and on weekends

While a 50% subsidy (to the ones who can afford) will be offered to the participating students to celebrate the 5th year of Lions Dist 324 D6, students in Govt schools and those from the slums/ orphanages will be offered these programmes free.
