We should stop referring to Sri. Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research as a government organization , it’s standards are on par with multinational hospitals.
The Jaydeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research is expanding to Mysore district, with a 170-bed facility. Chief Minister Sri. BS Yeddiurappa, will cut the inaugural ribbon on Aug 12, along with Medical Health Minster Sri. Ramachandra Gowda, Law Minister Suresh Kumar, and other eminent political leaders and members from the medical fraternity. It’s a dream come true to provide facilities for patients who come from Mysore to Bangalore for a heart check-up. Therefore it was decided to set up a centre at Mysore for the convenience of people of Mysore, who had to probably spend more on travel than even the treatment, said Dr. Manjunath, MD.
Subsequently in Bangalore hospital we have opened an high-tech food court at Ground Floor, consisting of 1500 sqft. which caters to different section of people it includes In-patients, visitors and doctors, Dr Manjunath said.
