TV Host Annu Kapoor will be the judge for the Anthakshari
If you have a penchant for singing and are looking for a great break, this is the chance you have been dying to hear about: An Anthakshari that will be held in Bangalore for everyone who is above 16 years, and the judge will be none other than the famous Annu Kapur. The preliminary first round will be held between March 26-30 at Garuda Mall, the second round will be held between April 13-21 at National Games Village, Koramangala, and the finals will be held at Garuda Mall on May 5.
The winner of the contest will take home a cash prize of Rs one lakh, while the second and third winner will win Rs 50,000 and Rs 25,000 respectively. There’s also a lucky bumper prize that includes return tickets to Bangkok plus accommodation and sight seeing.
Each participating team will have two members and the event will comprise three rounds as follows:
Naam Kya Hai?: Participants will be required to identify the name of the film that is in the lyrics of a song and sing another song from that film. Khandaan: Will be on Bollywood families and clues are given in the form of songs or just the names of people.
Dhun: An innovative round where the participant has to identify the prerecorded music from all over the world.
