Discover a "healthy" summer camp for children

After the heat and dust of exams, summer time is chillax time for children. Here’s a summer camp that educates your children in food, health and nutrition, in an interesting, engaging and different manner. The camp is organised by Discovery Zone, who are noted for their theme-based workshops and camps for children.

A co-ordinator of the camp said important nutritional informational will be presented to aid children in evaluating their own food habits and bring about awareness on the basic concepts associated with the scientific study of food and its relationship to the human body. “We will use various media like theatre, music, dance, puppetry, pottery, story-telling, audio-visual sessions, origami and unique games to make the learning process fun,” he said.

Age-appropriate activities and sessions with dieticians, dentists, fitness experts and other professionals will form the main part of the program. The camp will be conducted by an experienced staff including artists, theatre persons, dancers and Montessori teachers.
