To this list, you can now add the Karnataka Government. The employees of the Karnataka Government Secretariat, from the Additional Secretaries to Junior Clerks/Typists, are being trained by Buoyancee on emotional health, communications in customer centric work, team building and building better homes.
The three day training ended with a valedictory address by Sri Robinson D’Souza, the Principal Secretary, Karnataka Legislature Secretariat, Prof. Kodandaramaiah, Director, Collegiate Education, Dr. V.R. Manjunath, Principal, Oxford College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Bhashyam Swamy, a research scholar from Melkote, Prof. K. E. Radhakrishna, Principal, Surana College and Dr. T.V. Raju, Principal, R.V. Inst. Of Management.

Recently, Buoyancee was recognised as India Leaders for Tomorrow, by Sir Ratan Tata Trust. They now conduct training courses in five languages. Recently, SkyQuest Com of Singapore recorded courses conducted by Sadhna Kaikini and Ajit Kaikini in Hindi and these courses are available on their website, along side international trainers like Jim Rhon, Deepak Chopra and Brian Trace.
