With Ugadi looming bright in the horizon, the festive spirit is all set to bloom once again and for the woman on the move and the home maker, the place to be is the Ugadi and Women's Day Special Sale at Bhoomika Hall, 17th Cross, 6th Main, Malleswaram that is on from March 8-11, 2007.

The sale is organized by Chennai-based inhouse designer, Usha Sridhar who has come up with some alluring creations for party, festival and wedding wear. Check out the range of traditional Kanchi Silk, twisted Tussars, Rasipuram Korva Silk, Prashmina Silk, contemporary bold and big border silk sarees, embellished with rural embroidery, Zardosi, antique Kundan, single thread French knots, micro mirror work, Parsi, Kutch, Kasuti and many more. Some of the sarees are hand block printed, with exclusive motifs.

The color combinations are such as to stoke your imagination viz. powder blues, baby yellows, night purples and forbidding reds.
