Byrasandra Parks give you International feel

Byrasandra today is synonymous with its well developed parks such as Swimming Pool Extn. Park, Byrasandra park and LIC Colony park. The man who has been responsible principally for the greening of Byrasandra is none other than Park Nagaraju, who is contesting the BBMP elections again. During his tenure, he was recognized by most non-partisan observers as the number one corporator in Bangalore.
The park at Swimming Pool Extension wears an international look with its artifacts of animals such as Elephant, Horse, Zebra, Monkey, and a children's play area with beautiful landscapes, water foundations. While the LIC Colony park has beautiful artifacts of mother feeding a child, monkeys, peacock, cats, pets, horse, beautiful fancy lights, a Chiguru mantapa, covered podium to conduct cultural events with an imported High mast  fancy light from Taiwan which none of the other parks in Bangalore have. The park also has fancy concrete chairs with multi colors, fancy lamps, peculiar plants and Australian grass to give it a greener look. During his tenure, Nagaraju won an award from the BBMP for the excellent maintenance of the swimming pool extension park.
