Shriram Properties launches 'Shriram Homes' on a national scale!

Shriram Properties, the property development arm of Shriram Group, announced the launch of their mega project consisting of over 7000 homes across four major cities in India, viz. Bangalore, Chennai, Vizag and Kolkata, in the first phase. The Bangalore projects - Shriram Surabhi and Shriram Smrithi are being developed at 4 locations viz. off Kanakpura road, Athibele Sarjapur Road-Hosur Road, Yelahanka and Jalahalli, respectively. Price range start from Rs 10 lac onwards up to 30 lakhs each, comprising 1 bedroom, double bedroom and triple bedroom. The properties are located with easy access to daily conveniences and transportation. In keeping with the needs of families who will be residing in these homes, Shriram has also tied up with a major pan India school chain to provide educational opportunities.
In Kanakapura there will be 522 flats, Yelahanka 700 flats, Jalahalli 832 flats and at Hosur Road 920 flats. These flats are designed mainly for the middle class segment and urbanites said Murali, MD.
