He also gave some inspiring tips and suggestions on how to improve the General hospitals not only in Jayanagar but also other areas.
Dr Manjunath's tips to doctors:
Try and help the poor patients wherever and whenever possible, and do not repent later for not helping the poor patient although it was possible; do not complain or deliver a talk on your farewell day while retiring, try and implement and do it while you are in service itself.
Implementation and execution is very important. Doctors have always an advantage and privilege of enjoying the influence of politicians, but that should not be used for their personal benefits rather you should use it for the right cause and purpose for  the benefit of patients.
Some of the General hospital have the equipments but no manpower to operate, just because you have budget to by 10 equipments it doesn't not mean that you should buy all the 10 equipments, one should buy 8 equipments and the balance budget should be kept for the maintenance of the equipments. The general hospital should first become strong by providing all the basic amenities, basic facilities like Antibiotics, Antibiotic vaccines, ECG, X-Ray and Blood test.
Innovative steps should be taken to run the general hospital effectively. He also suggested that public complaints should be taken positively as 70% of the public complaints are genuine.
Later Dr Manjunath gave a power point presentation of his institute, a government hospital which gives Hi tech international standard facilities at affordable price.
He quoted an example of American Patients who recently got admitted in his Institute for
Other speakers included Professor Ramesh, IIM, who congratulated Jayadeva Institute for its international standard  service rendered at affordable price.
