Annual Sports for PT Teachers

The Physical Education Association in association with Leg Cricket Association organized a annual sports for Physical Education Teachers at Kittoor Rani Chennama Stadium, Jayanagar on November 19. Over 300 teachers, both men and women, took part in the sports from Bangalore south and Anekal Ranges. The events also included Shotput, Athletics, running race and newly introduced Leg Cricket. It was inaugurated by area Ex. Corporator Sri. N. Nagaraju along with Sri. Virupaksha, Deputy Superintendent for Physical Education, (DSPE), Sri. Nagaraj, Founder director of Leg Cricket Association and Sri. Nizar Ahammed. Subsequently a workshop was organized for all the Physical Education teachers at Masti Ranga Mandir, Chamarajpet, on discipline and sports, where a book on sports was released.
