Tips for Deepavali
Have a Happy and Safe Deepavali
As we all know Deepavali is the festival of lights. Take care of your eyes to prevent serious injuries which can result in darkness throughout our life. No wonder it is pleasurable moment for every body, more so for children to enjoy the sight of lighted flower pot or a ground chakra. But it is also pertinent to follow the following instructions while celebrating this colorful festival.
When the injury happens:
Don not rub the eyes
Do not put water inside the eye
Do not try home remedies and self medication
Patch the eye with a sterile pas and rush to the nearest Eye Specialist immediately
Precautions:
Children should light the crackers under adult's supervision
Avoid crackers with heavy explosion
Use the lengthy lighting sticks
Do not go close to the cracker while lighting
Do not hold lighted cracker in the hand
Do not cover the lighted crackers with hollow containers
Light the cracker in the open space

Avoid dangerous crackers like rockets
Drive the vehicles with closed windows, helmet with cover and protective glasses.
Use cotton cloth while lighting crackers
