The study is certain to raise the hackles of many knowledgeable people, as some of its findings are totally out of sync with reality. For example, consider its ranking of some of the countries. For instance, countries like Pakistan (74), Bangladesh (88), Nepal (100) and Sri Lanka (89) are ranked far ahead of India which is placed at 134, and just ahead of Bhutan (138).

Even in its ranking of Indian cities, the study comes out with some shocking results. The country's number one financial capital, Mumbai, is ranked second last and Kolkata, last. In contrast, cities like Patna, Ranchi, Lucknow and Bhubaneswar are ranked in the middle.
