Stars add glitter to new real estate projects in city

There’s a new hot spot in Malleswaram – one that’s hotter than the rest of the pack. Golden Gate Properties launched a state-of-the-art township called Golden Grand, at the hands of its Brand Ambassador Bollywood star Ajay Devgan. The project will come up in a sprawling 20-acre plot and includes 850 apartments, a five-star luxury hotel, a shopping mall, an amphitheatre and also a helipad. Billiards celebrity and local hero Pankaj Advani also graced the inaugural. Sanjay Raj, Executive Director, Golden Gate Properties, said Golden Grand will add new luster to the city’s glitzy real estate.

And in Whitefield, tennis heart throb Sania Mirza laid the foundation for another sparkling apartments project named Nitesh Forest Hills, from Nitesh Estates. The project envisages a 12-storey residential complex of 500 condominiums, with options of 2/3 bedrooms. According to Rajiv Rao, Vice President, Nitesh Estates, the apartments would be ready for occupation by end of 2008. Nitesh Estates is a leading integrated property development company, engaged in development of high-end residential and office buildings, retail space and hotels.

Serviced apartments: In Electronics City, there’s a new address for the IT community: the first ever serviced apartments designed exclusively for the single employees of IT and ITeS sector in the city, from Woodstock Ambience. Named the Integrated Community Complex (ICC), it comprises over 582 rooms spread over 2.25 acres of land with three categories of rooms to suit individual taste. The rent charged will be about Rs 10,000/- upward per room per month. Chief Executive of Woodstock Ambience, KS Ravi Shankar said the rooms will boast of all modern amenities required for comfort living.
