BNV brings Govt officials and people face-to-face

BN Vijayakumar Jayanagar MLA, organized a one-of-its-kind senior government officials meet at Manandi Samskruti Sadana, 9th Main, 5th Block, Jayanagar on August 27. The meeting saw participation of more than 85 top government officials over 50 board officials, viz. Krishna Bhat, DCP, South, Ramakrishna, Joint Commissioner, BBMP, Ramesh Chandra, ACP, South  Dr. Gayatri Devi, MOH, Bangalore city, C. Krishne Gowda, CE, BBMP, Ex. Corporators, SK Natraj,  N. Nagaraju, B. Somashekar, Chennigiriyappa, General Secretary,   officials from BBMP, BESCOM, KIADB, BMTC, BMRCL, Bangalore Diary, KSFC , child and women welfare department, education, Health  department, etc.
The meeting was organized to know and understand the facilities, benefits and the  projects which are there under pipeline, new projects which are to  implemented, covering Jayanagar Constituency in particular.
Some of the issues discussed were: sites for those who come under BPL, construction of house for those who have sites by arranging institutional finance, loans for starting small business for those who come under BPL, loans for minority, SC/ST, etc.
Jayanagar will have 24 hour milk booth, to be set up by the Bangalore Diary near the 4th Block shopping complex, authorities said.
