 “Pigments of different colours absorb lights differently. Black, blue, red and brown tattoos are easy to remove completely. Light green and yellow colours are difficult to eliminate and require more sessions,” explains Bani.
Other areas where Q Switched laser treatment is used - removing ‘permanent’ lipsticks and lip lines in black, coffee, dark red, brown, light red and light brown colours, eyebrows in coffee colour and removing birth marks. The problem of pigmentation is
also solved by the Q Switched laser. It selectively targets the pigment of the tattoo without damaging the surrounding area.
