15th State Level Inter School Volley Ball Tournament

Jayanagar's Sree Rama Vidyalaya School is organizing the 15th State Level Inter School Volley Ball Tournament for Higher Primary Boys and Girls in the age group of 14 years and also for the first time in Bangalore it will organize a separate event for Physical Education Teachers working in Primary and High School in Bangalore.
While the event for the School children will be held from Aug 1-4, the tournament for Physical Teachers will be held on Sunday, August 2.
In the School category there will be over 43 teams from all over Karnataka and in the PT teachers category  there will be 4 teams from Bangalore North and 5 teams from South Bangalore.
Sponsors Sri Cane Fresh have come forward to give Fresh Cane juice to all the participants and also one gold pendant each for the Inter school winners. The major contribution for the tournament will be from the Sree Rama Trust Committee members and trustees.
The Inter school winner will be awarded Rolling Trophy, individual mementoes and a certificates, and for runners-up, Trophies and certificates and for third place certificates and Kits.
The Team coaches of all schools will be given Cash prize and the winning team coach, prize money of Rs.2000/- and Runner-up team Coach Rs.1000/-, Rs 1,000/- each for third and fourth place coach. In addition, the team manages will also get a Kit, Cap and T-Shirts. which will be sponsored by Sri.Nagarj Shetty, Treasurer of Sree Rama Trust.
For the Physical Education Teachers Volleyball Tournament, prize money will be Rs.4000/- (I prize), Rs 3001/- (II), Rs 2001/- (III), and Rs 1001/- (IV). All the participants will receive a Kit, Cap and T-shirts including coach and managers.

The tournament will be inaugurated by Sri. S.K. Channabasappa, Deputy Director of Public Instruction, Bangalore South, and presided over by Sri. Manjunath Honnavar, E.O; Sri. Virupaksha, D.S.P.E. and Sri. Lokesh Reddy, T.PE.O. along with the special invites from the Sree Rama Trust viz. Mr. M.R. Suresh Kumar, President, M.V. Subbaiah Shetty, VP, Mr. Nagaraja Shetty, Treasurer, Mr. N.M. Rathnaiah Shetty, Mr. H.V. Ramanathan, Joint Secretary and well  wishers.
