Treamis: The World Class Residential School
Treamis World School announced the launch of their 'Treamis Residential World School' at their sprawling campus in Electronics city.
Treamis is the creation of a group of people from different parts of the world sharing a passion for education. The objectives of Treamis are to:
•Facilitate a smooth and seamless continuation of education process for students moving between the countries
•Provide the experience of global learning environment for the local children
•Make the learning process a positive and gratifying experience that promotes well rounded development in students
Treamis started the day school in 2007. The unique design of the campus, child friendly facilities, informal learning environment, value based education, customized integrated global curriculum, enquiry based learning and technology aided teaching at Treamis have been well received by the Bangaloreans. Because of the demand from the parents living far away from the campus and the non-bangalorean parents, Treamis has now launched a residential facility.
Built in a peaceful setting within the school campus, Treamis Residential World School is only a stone's throw from the school's central facilities, the self- contained, purpose-built residence halls provide a wonderful opportunity for Treamis students to experience a greater degree of independence and privacy.
Treamis offers both weekly boarding as well as full term boarding. Weekly boarders stay in the residence hall from Monday- Friday and spend quality time enjoy the family environment during weekend. For the local Bangaloreans, the weekly boarding
reduces the stress of traveling time. They will also be utilizing the resources such as computers, library and sports facilities at the school.
"The weekly boarding also facilitates the working parents as they can shift the complete responsibility of academics, music, dance and sports on to the school. The school caters for all these activities after the school hours too. They get tutors who help them with extra coaching needs, and reduce the burden of parents taking children for special coaching in sports / music etc which consumes a lot of their time" says Dakshayini Kanna, who is heading the operations of Treamis in Bangalore. .
The boarding facility caters for separate accommodation for boys and girls. It is comfortable, homely and has the option of dormitory, single room, double room, AC or Non AC depending upon the student's requirement. The residence halls are modern, comfortable places for students to study, socialize and relax. As adult mentors, the residence hall staff provides the daily support needed to meet academic, emotional and social needs of the students.

The school is authorized to offer IGCSE from the University of Cambridge International Examinations Syndicate and CBSE program from Central Board of Secondary Education of India.
Apart from the residential facilities, Treamis has introduced the sporting activities to provide physical development skills and build all around fitness to the students.
After school hours, the students can take part in outdoor sports activity followed by tutoring session and study time. Play time and outdoor sports include lawn and table tennis, carom, basketball, cricket, baseball, volleyball and soccer. Instructional programs in soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis, cricket, and swimming are offered in Treamis.
