Say Hello to Airtel's fixed line and broadband services
To educate masses about the importance and ease of communication through broadband and fixed line services, Bharti Airtel, India's leading integrated telecom services provider, recently organized the first session of its interactive exhibition called 'Hello Supermarket' in the city.
At the event, Airtel demonstrated the key services offered through its fixed line and broadband, gave an experience of high-speed internet/broadband and also held various competitions for kids and parents present at the exhibition. Leading Kannada actor Tarun Chandra of Kushi Fame, distributed the prizes to the winners of the contests.
Speaking on the occasion, Rohit Malhotra, CEO, Airtel Telemedia, South, said, "In today's world, both phone and internet have become indispensable parts of everyone's day-to-day life. However, the irony still remains that the masses are not completely aware of the power of these tools and the various key services offered by it. Through this interactive session, we will be able to enlighten people of the same and educate them on the need, significance and ease of communication through fixed line and broadband services offered by Airtel."
Airtel also announced that all its existing customers have the opportunity to avail the value added services provided by the company which include PC secure, Parallel Ringing and Games on Demand to name a few.
Open for all, this exhibition marked the first time for all voice needs to be covered under one roof by Airtel. Airtel plans to hold a series of such events in Chennai, Hyderabad and Kochi in the coming few weeks.
