Justice B K Somasekhara Commission of Inquiry

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Commission under Section 8 of the Commission of Inquiry Act, 1952 r/w Regulation 8, 9 and 10 of the BKSJCOI Regulations - 2008, the Commission hereby notifies the Regular Judicial inquiry sitting regarding the matters arising in the Districts of Bangalore, Davanagere, Chikkamagalur & an affidavit filed from Hyderabad. Witnesses summoned include Sri Mahendra Kumar, a Bajrang Dal leader, Sri P. Suryanarayana Rao, author of controversial book 'Satya Darshini',                   Dr. Ashwathnarayana, Assessor to the Commission, Fr. Santhosh, Yadavanahalli Church and other memorialists. The sittings will be undertaken in Bangalore on the dates mentioned herewith:
