'Ozone Evergreens' is India's 1st Affordable City housing Project
Ozonegroup has launched 'Ozone Evergreens', billed as India's 1st affordable city housing project. The 912 unit development is located within the city (off Sarjapur road) and is being developed on a 10 acre prime property comprising of 2 bed & 3 bed units. The project will have facilities and amenities which match any high-end residential project.

Evergreens is a 912 unit residential condominium on Haralur main road, off Sarjapur road built on nearly 10 acres land. Evergreens comprises of 9 blocks, 8 towers each being ground plus 18 floors. The parking and services are located in two basements. The apartments are spacious and efficiently designed: 2 BHK and 3 BHK type of 920 sft. & 1206 sft. respectively.
All units will have adequate power back-up, 1.5 KVA for 2BHK and 2.5 KVA for 3 BHK, and treated water supply.

The cost of a BHK with 950 sqft is Rs.29 lack and for 3BHK with 1200 sqft built up area it will cost Rs.35 lac.
A company official stressed that the rates are competitive, at around Rs.2300 per sqft. The condominium is in close proximity to hospitals, schools, markets and malls, with not only internal security. On the one side, it faces a lake has fully covered car parking with a capacity of 1110 cars.
