Maxwell Public School was started in the year 1992 to cater to the needs of the children in the surrounding areas. It is an English Medium, Co-Educational day school managed by Maxwell Educational Trust and follows both SSLC and ICSE pattern of education. The School conducts classes from Pre-Primary up to Secondary level. Maxwell Public School managed by Maxwell Educational Trust (Regd) was founded in 1992 with an aim to impart and promote quality Education. Now the Trust is running a Nursery, Primary and High School. The school provides free education for over 125 meritorious and economically weak students, said Ln. K.S.Babu, founder chairman. Explaining the objectives of the school, GK Usha Kumari, Principal, said the students are exposed to all kinds of challenging environment to help them overcome practical hurdles.
A gist of the facilities available at the school are given below:s
Laboratory: Adequately equipped laboratories for Physics, Chemistry and Biology, Computer lab, mathematics lab and language lab for the use of students. Right from Standard I students have access to the lab facilities.
Library: Comprises a rich collection of books, reference books, encyclopedias, dailies, magazines and journals.
Transportation Facility: School’s own buses pick up students from convenient pick-up points, at a nominal charge.
