21 new sub-registrar offices

In the near future, you will not have to go far to register your property, for there will be a sub-registrar’s office in your neighbourhood. The State government is planning to open 21 new sub-registrar offices in Bangalore within the next six months. This will largely put an end to the inconvenience caused to Bangaloreans in registering their property, Revenue Minister Jagadish Shettar said while announcing the decision.

The minister said the government was also thinking of providing online registration facility.
