Bengaluru, June 25th, 2013: The director-cum-actor who made his place in the hearts of all the Kannadigas through his famous TV shows, is now back with his sensational new serial called Maha Parva on ETV Kannada. Yes, he is none other than TN Seetharam, popularly known as ‘TNS’ who is a brand unto himself. Maha Parva is a polotical satire that revolves around the lives of three women – Parinitha, Samyudyata and Kalyaniand the way they try to oversome the challenges that life puts them through.Played by Sushma Bharadwaj, Sparsha and Varsha respectively, the show will also feature TNS as criminal lawyer Chandrashekhar Prasad. The show premiers on ETV Kannada on July 1st at 9.30pm and will air every Monday to Friday.

About The Show
Parinitha is the daughter of a police inspector Sudarshan Nayak and Mandakini and is seen as Chandrashekhar Prasad’s assistant as well. She never comes to terms with the fact that her father left her mother for another woman Maithili. She thinks all is well in her life again when she falls in love with Vidyadhar Srinath but life tosses her a curveball when he goes missing and she chooses to become an inspector. Samyudyata is the daughter of Maithili and she and Parinitha were close, but can these stepsisters maintain the love they feel for each other when fate has other plans for them? Kalyani is Parinitha’s cousin who is married and lives with her husband. Her husband keeps harassing her for dowry. She goes to Parinitha for help, asking for money but when her husband is murdered, she is blamed for his murder. How will Parinitha be able to help her?
